Do Socius products have any hidden fees?

We pride ourselves in being straight forward with our product pricing. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees, Ever!

Do you offer help with account setup? 

Yes, we provide each of our customers with personalized help transitioning to all Socius systems. After registering for a product, you will be assigned an account manager who will help you setup and answer any questions you may have along the way. 

How do we store payment information?

Simple - we don't! Your payment information is forwarded to our third party payment processor: Stripe. Visit Stripe's security page for more details. Security at Stripe

Am I required to sign a contract?

No. All of our products are subscription based, and can be paid for on a monthly or annual basis.  You may cancel at any time with zero penalties or fees. 

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes! For each referral you bring to Socius, you will earn 3 free months of any Socius product.*

*Referrals must be active for at least 2 months months before rewards can be redeemed. 

How do I know my data is secure?

Business Buddy data is automatically encrypted before it is written to disk using the 256bit AES standard and data is encrypted in transit using the TLS (Triple Layer Security) protocol.
